2015 Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Competition
Genome Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Institutes of Health, has launched a new competition designed to support the creation and evolution of enhanced bioinformatics and computational biology (B/CB) tools and methodologies. The competition is a response to the growing pressure on the research community to deal with the influx of large amounts of data produced by modern genomics technologies.
See the Genome Canada website for details. Atlantic Canadian researchers interested in applying should contact Andy Stone, Director of Business Development, Genome Atlantic.
